1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Age Verification

9 Account Suspension & Closure

redbaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, redbaji will review the account balance before determining whether any funds are returned. Balances generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances not associated with any breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting redbaji support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.
